Click on Login to log into your newly created CrowsNestEx account!
After logging into your newly created account, you will be brought to the “Getting Started with CrowsNestEx” page, with two steps:
- Verify Your Account
- Add Funds
- To begin Step 1, click on VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY:
On the next page “Update Account Information”, there are several additional pieces of information that CNE will ask you for.
We do this in order to remain in compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) rules and regulations:
[*You may setup your account as either: Natural Person or a Company*]
After you fill out the ‘Natural Person’ information section, you will then be required to upload at least two documents:
Proof of Address document
Once both of those documents have been uploaded, you may also add an additional file for your documentation (though it’s not required):
- Finally, you may choose to:
- change your account password,
- enable 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) (Make sure you backup your Two Factor QR code in case something happens! We can’t change this if you lose your device)
Or simply click Submit All to proceed:
- Once submitted, your account will go under review before processing.
**NOTE: Do NOT Add Funds to your account until you have been approved by CNE first. You may lose your funds.
The process of AML/KYC Approval can take up to 48 hours. Please be patient. Again, do not deposit funds into your account until your account has been officially approved.
